Recipe Makes (Approximate): 2 drinks

Equipment

  • large measuring cup
  • Wooden spoon or silicone spatula
  • 2 Serving glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ocean Spray white cran-strawberry juice
  • ½ teaspoon liquid green coffee bean extract (optional)
  • cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • ice (crushed or cubed)
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut milk (from a carton; original or vanilla flavor)

Instructions

  • Pour 1 cup Ocean Spray white cran-strawberry juice into large measuring cup. Add ½ teaspoon liquid green coffee bean extract and stir to incorporate.
  • Add ⅓ cup freeze-dried strawberries. Stir to incorporate, then set aside 2 to 4 minutes to allow strawberries to infuse.
  • Add desired amounts of ice to serving glasses, then pour equal amounts of prepared juice mixture over ice.
  • Top each glass with half of 1 cup sweetened coconut milk. Serve, stirring coconut milk into juice before drinking.

Recipe Notes

  • Strawberries: Fresh strawberries will work instead of freeze-dried, but they won't give the drink as much strawberry flavor. If you want to use fresh strawberries, I recommend muddling them in the bottom of the measuring cup before adding the juice.
