Recipe Makes (Approximate): 4 servings
- 4 mahi mahi fillets (see Notes)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (see Notes)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in a bowl then add in the mahi mahi and toss to coat.
Place each filet on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes per side or until opaque throughout.
- Mahi Mahi: Either fresh or frozen then defrosted mahi mahi will work in this recipe. You also have the option to leave the skin on or remove the skin before cooking.
- Lemon Juice: You can use fresh lime juice instead of lemon juice if you'd like!
