Ingredients
¼cupfresh-squeezed clementine juice
2-4tablespoonsfresh lime juice
1tablespoonshoney(, or more to taste (see note))
2.5ouncestequila
1teaspoonsalt(, to rim the glass)
1wholelime juice(, to rim the glass)
Instructions
Rub a wedge of lime around your glass rim and dip into a plate of coarse salt (no table salt!).
Combine clementine juice, 2 tablespoons lime juice, and tequila, and mix well. Add more lime juice to taste and honey, if necessary. Pour over ice into glass and relax, sister. You earned it.
