9x13 baking dish
- 2 pounds frozen spinach
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- pinch of nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
Thaw frozen spinach in a colander under running water. Once thawed, press out as much water from spinach as possible.
Transfer thawed spinach to a bowl along with the remaining ingredients. Mix everything together to combine.
Transfer mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- Make it Keto: Leave out the breadcrumbs and use an additional cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese.
