Recipe Notes
Blackberries: Be sure to use fresh, not frozen, blackberries in this recipe. If frozen is your only option, you'll need to increase the flour to about 1/2 cup to compensate for the additional liquid they will release when baked.
Make it Vegan: Use vegan butter or coconut oil in place of the melted butter.
Make it Sugar-Free: Use your favorite sugar-free replacement, such as granular Swerve and Brown Swerve, in place of the sugar and brown sugar.
