Ingredients

  • cup fresh (, ripe blackberries)
  • cup fresh (, ripe strawberries (or raspberries))
  • cup almond milk (, or other alt-milk)
  • 1-3 dates (, depending on sweetness of fresh berries (I used only 1))
  • 10 medium to large leaves mint
  • 2 handfuls ice

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients and serve immediately.
